#154. What Hayashi Learned from Their First Interview

The official job hunting interview was a brand new experience.

Although Hayashi had previous experience with part-time job interviews, this was their first so-called official interview for employment. They reveal the behind-the-scenes preparations made for the interview that awaited after passing the entry sheet and SPI tests for the summer internship selection.

Hayashi tackled the interview by memorizing all answers to anticipated questions.

By the day before the interview, Hayashi had drafted answers to all expected questions and approached the session having memorized them completely. For a time, they were overwhelmed with preparing answers for every possible question, carefully and tensely building up their preparation.

Hayashi was shocked by their own expression appearing on the screen.

While proceeding with the interview while minding how they looked on camera, Hayashi later realized that their face was much more stiff and scary than imagined.
