#211 Sauna Tabi: Report on the 10th Tohogu Jo-Sai

We have refreshed our show theme for our 2nd anniversary.

While this show has always documented my travels, I realized that I have invariably been enjoying saunas at every destination. Therefore, I have decided to adopt the theme of "Sauna Tabi," making the combination of travel and saunas the primary focus moving forward. For this commemorative first installment of the relaunch, I talk about the event I attended in Lake Tazawa, Akita Prefecture.

It is quite a long journey to the venue at Lake Tazawa.

Traveling to the area around Lake Tazawa for this event required some logistical planning. Reflecting on the vastness of the Tohoku region, I discuss how I reached the destination using a mix of planes and Shinkansen, what kind of sauna experience awaited me there, and the unique atmosphere of the local area.
