We sometimes feel bewildered by the attitude of newcomers who are too serious.

While in charge of training newcomers this year, it is noted that despite being very serious and good kids, they fear even minor confirmation mistakes as if it were the end of the world. Seeing them worry abnormally about detailed chat corrections and confirmation items makes the personality feel a difference in values across generations.

They sometimes create their own mysterious rules.

Regarding how to proceed with work, newcomers have been known to voluntarily create mysterious rules among themselves, such as "bringing a box of sweets is a must for greetings," even though no one forced them to do so. The personality can hardly hide their surprise, thinking "you don't have to go that far," seeing young people pile rule upon rule and drive themselves into a corner.

We care about the balance between politeness and a sense of suffocation.

While politeness and meticulousness are wonderful strengths, there are times when it feels a waste to be caught up only in formality and unable to move.
